Hey all! How are you? Seriously, let us know! We are doing very well. These past few weeks have been pretty busy as the Rehab hospital has been using me more--which i LOVE. The kids and joe are doing great as well...I am really anxious for our lil number 3 to come out.....but its just not time yet! I just wanted to post a few pics and document some "quotes" and funny stories regarding the kidz.
Kendel calls her blanky her Minky, so that is the new keyword around this place. Some others are:
"Boo" = Watching Boo on Monsters, Inc.
"Tink"= "Tinkerbell" she quotes terrance by saying "ME" in part of the movie
Daddy's Gurl, yes she is , but mommy's gurl= nuh-uhhhhhhh"
"meow"=kitty
"ooh ooh"= doggy
"nee haw"= horsey (cause tanner says Neee Hawww when he rides it)
JESUS, JESUS!!!= she wants the Jesus, Jesus song. If you don't put that song on, she YELLS Jesus--and not in a worshiping type of way! lol
That song says "Jesus, Jesus, Friend of sinners" tanner says "friend of santa"
Tanner still says chicken for kitchen, but other than that its like he says things pretty well. He LOVES on his sister a lot. You can see in the pics that they are just so close. Sometimes she yells at him if he tries to snuggle her, but oh well, we are working on softening that wild child! Actually, she has been giving me more lovin lately and i cherish those moments!
A week or two ago, I was holding out great friends' baby, Olivia. Kendel was completely fine with it, happy as can be. The minute she saw joe holding the baby, she threw a fit, yelled and tried taking the baby off daddy's lap! She also LOVES to give me a hard time as always; We were are Joe's 'rents house and she was ignoring me on purpose, so i layed down next to her on the ground. She got up, went to the couch and pretended I wasn't there. I kept yelling her name and telling her to come and lay down with me. You would think she was deaf, she proved that wrong when joe said, "Kendel, come lay down with me." She jumped up and yelled "YAAAAEEE!!!" as she ran across the living room (right past me) and jumped on the ground with joe! About 5 minutes later, she ran across the floor and tackled me with a big hug....when I was not looking of course!
Ok..the lover boy....what has he been up to? He still loves his monster trucks and dinosaurs. He is getting especially good at the computer that daddy got all set up for him in his room (its an old one that is pretty much only good for what tanner uses it for). He loves to do that "paint" on it and dress Mr potato head up. He is actually figuring out things on his own. This boy will be soooo brilliant with his smarts and his daddy teaching him all the new stuff.
Tanner and I are growing our first garden ever together. We are growing rainbow indian corn, lil white pumpkins, cucumbers and other randoms that we are not quite sure if they are growing! So, we cannot wait for fall to get here so that we can decorate! woot woot! Okie doke. I have to get ready for date night! yesss!
