THis weekend has been great. It has brought back a little bit of normalcy. Also, the first few nights we stayed here at the new place, i took tanner upstairs to the loft to watch tv together for about 1/2 an hour before bedtime. We snuggled and watched teletubbies....yes, i know they are a little different, but tanner loooves them. It was about the 3rd or 4th night, and we were downstairs as Tanner was getting tired. He kept saying "peas...peas!" while pointing upstairs. Therefore, this is now our tradition. We all 3 do our best to play together and then watch TV before bedtime. (Tonight Kendel was kicking Tanner while he was snuggling with me. He didnt know it, but she was already beating him up! Thats my girl!) Tanner loves it as do I, because we get family time and I love snuggling with my boy. Then, he goes to bed and we do homework, cleaning, etc. Which reminds me...I should be doing homework, but i forgot my book bag at my parents house!!! That is why i am able to write :-) Oh well, that will all work out. Anyway, the pics you see are as follows: tanner is at a little park on a merry go round in an addition that is connected to ours. We also take a lot of walks as that same addition has a lot of trails to enjoy. The other pic is of tanner sitting on the cupboard with his daddy while he was trying to take pics with the camera.
What else? Oh, today tanner went to a bigger park for his cousin, Chloe's, birthday party. She is 5. He loooves the big kids. He got to go down a few slides all by himself. Sorry about the grammar and skipping around in these blogs, but i am basically rambling all my thoughts off. Have a great week and i hope to do better with pics of our lil guy.
